Here is a quote from a book that I am reading. It's called Original Christianity by Peter Novak.. Its the writings of St. Thomas. Thomas was one of the original followers of Jesus. None of Thomas's writings where changed by anyone.

Keep in mind back in those times teacher taught by word of mouth. Nothing was written.
