Spent ages trying to find how to fix the Windows speech API after a registry clean software messed it up.

Then on looking for different solutions, realized there would be an .inf file.

So go to C:\WINDOWS\inf, in there search for the sapi5.inf and click install, that will reinstall the original registry data.
