Xoops has had a couple of new features that can dramatically reduce end rendering of Smarty pages.

By adding a Q to the include (includeq) function or foreach (foreachq) function, we use the new Xoops systems plug-in, that miss out on some of the extra features that make Smarty often lag.

These need to be in the Smarty plug-in folder of course, which come with 2.0.16 of Xoops.
